I would like to know if this sentence is correct:

The authors on whom we have based along the presentation are..

The word 'along' should be deleted.  'The authors on whom we have based the presentation are . . .  .'

Your use of "whom" is correct, but as noexpert jck4514 indicates, "along" is not idiomatic (used fluently) in the sentence.
