Order of DO & IDO

Is it grammatically correct to use both DO and IDO in pronoun when we have them in a sentence? Or one in pronoun amd the other in noun? eg: I gave him it. Or I gave my brother it.

I'm sorry but your question isn't clear.  Here are correct versions of your two sentences with direct and indirect objects.  I hope this will help.  'I gave it to him'  'I gave it to my brother.'  You can also use the name of the item.  'I gave the bicycle to him.' 'I gave my brother the bicycle.'
