I would like to know what is the difference in meaning between the below two sentences:

 

Entopia closed early on 29 march 2017.

 

vs

 

Entopia will be closed early on 29 March 2017.

Entopia closed early on 29 march 2017. - Simple past tense

Although it is grammatically correct, it is not right because 29th March 2017 is yet to come.

 

Entopia will be closed early on 29 March 2017. - Future tense
