Does this sentence sound graatically correct?

See example:

If there an opportunity arises - including contract work or an internship - don't hesitate to contact me.

Grammatically, this sentence is almost correct.  You do not need the word 'there'. The punctuation is not correct, however.

Your "dashes" are incorrect.  You have used hyphens (-), but in this sentence you should use an em dash (—).  You can type an em dash using MS Word by typing two hypens (--), it should automatically format to an em dash.
