"Look not further than" vs. "look no further than"

Can someone explain the grammatical difference between "look not further than" and "look no further than?" Is only one correct or are they used in different context?

If you are indicating that the physical distance involved in your search should be limited, you should use "farther". If you are refering to the extent of inclusiveness of subject in your search, use further.

I think either "not" and "no" are fine with both further and farther. I prefer the sound of "no" however.
