They're all correct, depending on who you're talking about.

But "grammar" in your title is not spelled correctly.

Apart from the misleading (or at least unclear) title, as far as I know, the right way to phrase such a question would be:


Which one is correct: "we were happy", "they were happy", or "you were happy"?


This shows that you're asking about three different, but related constructions.

And please always end your questions with a question mark.
