how do you capitalize hyphenated reduplicated compounds?

How are hyphenated reduplicated compounds capitalized in a title or headline? If I am writing about go-go dancers, does this become "Go-Go Dancers" or "Go-go Dancers" in the title? (Or should the hyphen be dropped: Gogo Dancers ?)

Here are similar examples to consider. How would these be capitalized if they were titles / headlines?

church sing-song scheduled for Friday

athlete in tip-top shape climbs summit
