I feel I've hit a brick wall and need help with this statemnts/thought. Any ideas? Thank you.
Given the opportunity to lead Underwood Hills, my roles include the following: development of multiple programs, developing mission statement and philosophy for Underwood Hills, managed all ordering materials for the center: books, crafts, office supplies, furniture, computer, etc., decoration and classroom arrangement according to Reggio Philosophy, recruitment of students, analyze childcare statistics, obtain licensing requirements, and hiring of all staff members.
There are two ways of interpreting what you've written - that it's a summary of what you've done for Underwood Hills, or it's a wish-list of things you would like to do if you were offered a job at Underwood Hills. It's half one and half the other, which makes it a bit tricky to know which direction to advise!
Since I was given the opportunity to lead Underwood Hills, I have achieved the following: development of multiple [what?] programs, implementation of a mission statement and philosophy for Underwood Hills, management of all supplies ordering (books, crafts, office supplies, furniture, computers, etc.), decoration and classroom arrangement according to Reggio Philosophy, recruitment of students, analysis of childcare statistics, management of licensing requirements, and hiring of all staff members.
(The only reason why I question 'multiple programs' is because I am wondering what a multiple program is. What kind of programs are they? Let's suggest they are reading programs; in which case, you could say 'development of all center literacy programs' or 'development of Years 1-5 literacy programs' - something like that would be more meaningful.)
