what is the mistake with that paragraph, grammarly is saying: One one hand.... has a problem that it should be : on one, hand... is that correct?

See example:

On one hand, it is obvious that their identity is changing toward being able to afford certain goods but on the other hand it is also changing toward becoming more vulnerable and overwhelmed as they juggle the responsibilities of work and home, both of which are physically demanding.

There should definitely not be a comma after "one" (it should be after "hand").

But you should consider rewriting the rest of the sentence. The phrases "identity is changing toward..." and "it is also changing toward...overwhelmed" are wordy and sound awkward.
