rising or will rise?


Which one is correct? 1)We anticipate the interest rate rising in the coming future. 2) We anticpiate that the interest rate will rise in the coming future.

According to me, the second sentence is correct. But a small change is to be made:We anticpiate that the rate of interest will rise in the coming future.
