Plagiarism turned off

In the past I was able to turn plagiarism on or off. However, there is not even a way for me to do this anymore. Is there a new way of doing this? Help!!

See example:

Hi Margaret,  If your question is (as this one is) a technical one, you are best directing it at the the Support team. However, I would strongly recommend that you keep plagiarism filters on, as they're a useful way of making sure you don't accidentally steal others' intellectual property. Hope that helps.

Hi Sara, If you need help with a sentence or short paragraph, start a new Question on the forum. I'm sure someone will answer it for you relatively quickly.
