Complement is something that adds to or supplements something else.  Compliment is something nice that you can say about someone.  Compliment is the word you want to use in your sentences.


Double check hostesses'Hostesses' is a plural possessive, which is fine if you have more than one hostess.  But if there is only one hostess, hostess's is the possessive form that you should use.
