Good morning,


In English, we capitalize all proper nouns.  Proper nouns are those which indicate a specific person or place, for example, the names of towns, cities, states, provinces and countries.  In your sentence, "Karachi" should be capitalized because it tells the specific place you are from.


Also, because this is a complete sentence, there should be a period (also known as a "full stop") after the last word:


I am from Karachi.
