How old are you?

What's wrong?

See example:

How old are you?

Grammatically -- nothing; however, it depends on the context; for example, if this is part of a reported speech sentence, it may go like "She asked me how old I was."

Also, in some cultural contexts, it is not always appropriate to ask this question.

Anyway, the sentence as a question is correct.
