Is a comma required after Now


The score is 100 of 100, both with or without the comma

See example:

Now my son will pass some of his childhood under this roof as well, at least until my marriage to Mr. Collins.

It is not absolutely necessary to have a comma after 'now'.  It's a matter of preference.  I, however, do put a comma after all introductory words or phrases.
