Active voice:

Somebody is using the computer at the moment.

SUBJECT/ACTOR (somebody) + VERB (is using) + OBJECT (the computer)

Passive voice is simply when the object of the active voice sentence becomes the subject, but is not the actor.

The computer is being used by someone at the moment.

SUBJECT (The computer) + VERB (is being used) + ACTOR ((by) someone)
