Code or Codes of Practice

Codes or Code ?

I'm preparing a document which will consist codes of practice for courier industry.

What should be the title of the document?
Courier Industry Codes of Practice or
Courier Industry Code of Practice?

I have made Google search and both versions (Codes and Code) are widely used in the document and as the title of the document.

Looking forward for your answer.

A Code will have many sections, chapters, rules or headings, but it just one Code.  For example, we have in Britain The Highway Code.  But it is possible for different codes of practice to exist, even with the same industry. Perhaps different countries have different codes? It all depends on the facts of the case.
