What is the correct ways of writing this?

See example:

Five issues was discovered by grammarly, contextual spelling checks had one issue.

"Was" is in the  singular but  "issues" are of course plural; a proper noun  like Grammarly should be capitalised and if by "issues" you really mean errors, I suggest:


"Five errors were discovered by Grammarly but contextual spelling checks found only one. "
