Are the hyphens OK here?

Unlike me, she lived in the upper-crust part of town and shopped at the high-end stores.

Her two-story home was everything I expected, adorned with chandeliers and furnished with antique furniture.

Yes. In each case, you have a compound adjective, and hyphens are used to form them. This is the case only where the compound adject preceeds the noun. If it follows -- The stores I shop at are high end -- no hyphen is used.
