Punctuation in dialogue

Is the following line of dialogue correct?

"Is this about the Halden real estate scandal?" she asked. "The man's face has been all over the news."

I say it is, but grammarly suggests the word, "she", be capitalized. I really don't think so. Who can clear this up?

See example: she asked.

No, "she" shouldn't be capitalised but some people would put a comma before it to separate it from the direct speech.
