Passive Voice and Vagaries

Get rid of any wishy-washy sections that diminish your authority. This may involve changing the passive voice to the active voice.

The window got broken. = He smashed the window.

This paper was written by me. = I wrote this paper.

Coffee is enjoyed by most people. = Most people like coffee.

You should also remove any terms indecisive terms.

It’s sort of

It’s like

Most of these can simply be replaced by it is.
