Intensifiers
Minimize the use of intensifiers like very, really, extremely, severely, rather, and quite. Either leave them out, or choose a synonym which is more accurate.
The girl is very pretty.
The girl is pretty.
The girl is exquisite.
I’m very hungry.
I’m hungry.
I’m famished.
