Use if commas
I am not sure gammarly is correct with inserting commas between sensory, perceptual?
See example:
Risk factors for sensory perceptual alterations, as well as their manifestations and management, are reviewed.

'Perceptual' is what is throwing off the software. A comma is appropriate when two coordinating adjectives modify a single noun, such as 'a tall, dark stranger'. Replace 'perceptual' with 'perception' and your sentence will be correct.
