I finally got high grade (A) on my thesis work and developed an academically competitive record of my undergraduate studies.  is this correctly construsted line??

It depends on the context whether or not "finally" is being used correctly. It should be "a high grade." And it's not the record of studies that is meant to be competitive, it's the record of your grades, right?

Thanks! is this better?My thesis work’s topic was “Enterprise financial stability in a free market economy”. During this research I have conducted deep analysis of the company where I had my internship. The task was challenging as it demanded high analytical skills and productive at the same time, I finally got a high grade (A) on this work. And my GPA record is competitive one 3.67 out of 4.0. I also have practical work experience as a credit officer at “Kaspi Bank” JSC in Astana
