A Grammarly API would be really useful for a project I'm working on at the moment :(

I second the demand for the API.

I third. It would be a very smart move to offer it as a plugin for Wordpress.

At present, we do not have an API.

We are currently considering a number of improvements and features, and we will take your preferences into consideration.

If you have any further questions about Grammarly, please write to Support.

Thank you.

I will be actually interested to subscribe on a long term basis if there is an API - or if you can provide something that functions as a makeshift API. I will have thousands of paragraphs to process - and would like to be able to (automatically) batch-send them and batch-receive the feedback - which will be used to prompt and assist human editors to check or revised each paragraph.

It is hard to believe there is no API for this.

Hey Guys! Please offer a wordpress plugin for the paid users of Grammarly. This is really not hard to do, trust me! Since you already have the engine it just needs some APIs and a smart wordpress plugin developer.

Do us a huge favor and please add this as a value to our paid subscriptions.

A old man climbs a steep mountain with 3000 steps, and after several days, he reached the zenith. The Oracle saw this feeble man, and granted him one question. After catching his breath and fumbling forward with this wooden cane, the old man asked, "Where is the Grammarly API?".

Stay tune for scenes from the next episode of "Grammarly". ;)

+1 request to get an API done.

API please! Service is pretty good, I would love to use the grammarly tools in my preferred editor. Using the web app is clunky and I have to copy and paste just to use grammarly..

link comment answered Mar 07 '14 at 13:31 James Morrin New member

I am also very interrested in an API. It would allow using grammarly in additional editors

Need an API else it is too much work as we deal in bulk.

At the risk of jinxing things, you guys could probably make SIGNIFICANT INCREMENTAL REVENUE if you offered an API on a per-user licensing agreement (or changed your pricing for more one-offs).

It would be much easier for me to simply incorporate your functionality into my product and give you a cut, vs. the onerous process of trying to drive an affiliate sale to you (too many "breakage" points).

For others that find this thread -- anyone know of a competitor with an API? I'm OK with it being lower quality -- happy to make that trade-off for convenience.

Hey guys, are you guys ever planning to release an API anytime soon?

link comment answered Dec 16 '15 at 17:28 Rishabh Ranawat New member

I would love an API.  I would happily pay for it too.  It would save me so much time proofreading content.

link comment answered Dec 18 '15 at 21:36 Brendan New member

It will be better and make more money with supporting APIs

link comment answered Jan 13 at 05:46 poc7667 New member

I want to be able to integrate your system into my own, selling it via an affiliate account. We need an API!
