This reads like an item in a resume, and I'll treat it as such. If it's something different, let me know.
Prepared and send need to agree in tense. The list of document types is long, but there is not much difference in the way each would be handled, so I would cut it down. The live document handling is a whole different type of work, so I would put it as a different item.
- Prepared and sent correspondence, certificates, and other documents by mail, overnight courier, fax, and email
- Worked with live document recycling via secure online document editing.
