Is my sentance grammatically correct? Can you explain me when can i use "Having had", and when i can not, please?Thanks. 

Having had constantly working in tourism and hospitality industry, I have gained a substantial amount of work experience in a customer service environment.

'Having had' could be used like this:

Having had a career in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have gained a substantial amount of work experience in a customer service environment.

or

Having constantly worked in the tourism and hospitality industry, I have gained a substantial amount of work experience in a customer service environment.
