comma
All proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity which is the All School Service Project for 2012-2013.
Do I need a comma before "which"?

Comma, yes. Non-essential, plus the use of the word "which," which almost always needs a comma before it.

The clause starting with 'which' is a non-restrictive clause, and there should be a comma to separate it from the rest of the sentence.
