Grammarly reviews. Passive voice, OK?
What is the best way to write this sentence?
Grammarly reviews my essays before I turn them in to make sure they are correct.

I'm trying to avoid using the passive voice, but sometimes it sounds better. Is it ok to use it from time to time?
Passive voice is not an grammatical error. You are correct. Sometimes passive sounds better. In general, active voice is more interesting to read. Some teachers require papers to be written in the active voice.
If you need to write the sentence inactive voice and don’t like the version you wrote, how about this?
I use Grammarly software as part of my final editing process when writing essays.
