Sentence construction

Dear Sirs

I have some sentences that I am not sure whether they are right or wrong.  They are as follows:

1.  They came over to help after the accident; the man was Dr ID so he knew what to do.

2.  CB had been walking in a bit of floor that it was a normal exit.

3.  I hope this letter will confirm the matters discussed during the day of the meeting.  Although to provide you as much information as I can at this stage that means writing at some length.

4.  Although it is not an exact science, but I will be able to give you a range of figures that I think your case is likely to fall.

I would appreciate it if you could help me on this.  Thanking you in advance.

It is better to say, "Thank you in advance."

Although it is not an exact science, but I will be able to give you a range of figures that I think your case is likely to fall.  Although and but cannot be used together in a sentence.

I hope this letter will confirm the matters discussed during the day of the meeting.  Although to provide you as much information as I can at this stage that means writing at some length.

Although + clause, clause

clause, although+clause.

clause + though.

Although I don't agree with him, I think he is honest.

Although I provide you with as much information as I can...

They came over to help<Whom?> after the accident;
