This question is similar to another you posted today.
This appears to be a bullet list item, possibly from a resume. It is not a complete sentence; thus it is grammatically incomplete and incorrect. However, bullet lists have different "rules". We cannot tell you whether you have followed those rules by looking at a single bullet list item.
Even so, there are several problems with what you have said. Inbound incoming is redundant and wordy. Both words mean the same thing. Pick one.
If this is a resume, "worked with" is not the right word choice for an inanimate object. You used, you manipulated, you took the file and ....
