I entered, "His house were nice."
Grammarly found no error in subject verb agreement.
See example:
His house were careful.

Subject-verb agreement, especially in English, is one of the most difficult issues for software to identify correctly. Not only does the software not understand the meaning, the problem is made even more complicated by Englishes irregular and inconsistent use of verb forms, irregular plural forms, and certain verbs that use different forms depending upon their sense.
I recently read a report that claimed the best software correctly identifies subject-verb agreement issues only 30% of the time.
Still, contact Support and see what happens.
