Is this sentence correct. Before we check out, dont eat that candy bar.

It is correct but a bit awkward.
Don't, a contraction, requires an apostrophe between the "n" and the "t". Dont is not a word in the English corpus.
The sentence would flow better if reworded -- Don't eat that candy bar before we check out.
What I don't know is whether that is what you meant to say.
