Do you have a question? You have posted a sentence, but you have not asked a question. That forces us to guess what you want to know. And we may guess wrong. I'll take a guess here:
No, the world is not ready for the Web 3.0. The current Internet serves those who dwell on Facebook just fine.
(In your sentence, Web should be capitalized.)
