correct grammer by using another for advanced
another word used for advance so that the word will not be a particle
See example:
A nurse with an advance degree means, one who has expanded their skills to another level; gaining more knowledge in evidenced based practices, experience, knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, diagnosis, and evaluation of the care required.

In fact, advanced would be OK; the participle error is later – evidenced.
Here you need to form a compound adjective – evidence-based practices.
