subject verb agreement
Is it suppose to be view or views?
See example:
Mexican Americans view the festivities with pride.

Mexican Americans is a plural subject. So it is "view".

The word "view" may be a bit tricky if English is not your native language. It can be used as either a verb, such as in this sentence, or as a noun - in which case, of course, it aquires an s when it is plural.
"The Mexican American views on the festivities are varied."
