please help me provide a word that is opposite in meaning to nympho

I want to know if there is an exact word which means the same as nympho that describe the sexuality of men. Although, nympho is to women.

Satyriasis (or satyro if you wanted to shorten) – hardly trips of the tongue, though, does it?

Why not just stick with guy, bloke, fella, lad, man, male . . . that ought to cover it.
