How would, 'Grammarly Answers' correct the sentence, "The news was not good. He had a tumour. I realised now why is face was without colour."

While we are on US spelling, tumour is tumor, and colour is color. The spellings used in the question are correct for British English.
Other than using the correct spelling for your part of the world, I would suggest joining the last two sentences into a compound sentence.
"The news was not good. He had a tumor, and I realized now why his face was without color."
"The news was not good. He had a tumour, and I realised now why his face was without colour."
Finally, there is a slight logical disconnect between "realized" (past tense) and "now" (at the present time). Perhaps:
"The news was not good. He had a tumor, and I realized then why his face was without color."

The US spelling is realized, and there is a typo (is)
The news was not good. He had a tumour. I then realized why his face was without colour.
