Is correct to say " I want to know new cities in the USA"?

I means, is correct ot use the verb "know" with the sense of visiting?

No, "know" does not have the sense of "visit."  However, you can get to know a place as a consequence of visiting it. So you can say "I want to know new cities ..." (or better, "I want to get to know new cities ..."). It does not, however, have the same meaning as saying "I want to visit new cities ..."
