Paper I paid for not being edited and have not received any confirmation

Hi,

I sent in a paper to be edited in the 9 minute personal editor and it has been about 20 minutes since I have submitted that request and paid for the service. I am just worried because I did not receive an email with a confirmation of the request or payment and I do not want to send in another request and get charged multiple times.
