This is not the place to ask questions about the Grammarly software. Although sponsored by Grammarly, this forum is for discussing grammar and style. We are not Grammarly employees here, and the Grammarly staff does not read this forum. You should direct your question to Grammarly Support. See the link at the bottom of this page.

That said, I believe the Grammarly plug-in works only in Word. It does not appear in my copy of Publisher either.

Sir, I recently purchased a book on concise writing by Robert Hartwell Fiske on Amazon.com. I received a mail saying that "We have auto delivered the following item to your Kindle or other device. You can view more information about this order by clicking on the Manage Your Kindle page at Amazon.com." I just want to know how many will they take to deliver it. This is the first time I have purchased a book online. I do not know where and how to reach them. Thank you very much in advance.

Sanjay, you need a Kindle device (or an iPad, smartphone, or PC with a Kindle app) to read the file. You can download the free app for your PC here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId;=1000493771 Once you have installed the app, follow the instructructions for downloading the book.

The web page is not functioning, sir. Looking for something? We're sorry. The Web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. What do I do now?

Try this. Go to www.amazon.com. On the upper left corner of the page, there is a drop-down link called "Shop by Department". Hover there. When the drop-down appears, go to "Kindle." Hover there, and a new roll-out list will appear to the right. On the far right, go to "Free Kindle Reading Apps.". Click. If this doesn't work, it is because Amazon is diverting folks with IP addresses outside of the US to a different site.
