Thirdly, a good teacher form strong relationships and showing care to their students.

Can you explian what does it mean by faulty parallelism?

See example:

Information is more rapidly absorbed in parallel form than when non-parallel.  Items in a series should be in the same form: nouns followed by nouns; adjectives by adjectives. Parallelism also adds clarity, elegance, and symmetry to writing.

"Non-parallel: "Ask what you can do for your country-not the other way around!"

Parallel: "Ask not what your country can do for you.  Ask what you can do for your country."

By President John Kennedy

"Non-parallel: " I come to bury Caesar.  I didn't come to give him praise."

Parallel: " I come to bury Caesar, not to praise him!"

By Shakespeare, Julius Caesar
