Is the grammar correct here? Plz help me.
Seeing him with another girl is... at a loss for words, I would only say that it's agonizing.
Is it correct or is there a problem with wordiness in "I would....agonizing" Can I say instead I "would only say it's agonizing" ?

"Use that before a restrictive clause."
"That" normally refers to things, but it may refer to a class or type of person.
To me, the sentence seems to be perfectly okay without using "that".
