Plural of nobody

0

Hi. What is the plural of nobody, in the context of, 'they were nobodies/ nobody's people'? I'm finding a lot of information online indicating that the plural is nobodies, but some friends with a lot better English than me are positive that it is nobody's. I am based in Australia. Thanks a lot. Brian
