incorrect use of negatives
let me know the correct sentense instead of this one.
See example:
I did it coz you always tell me never say no to any one of these big managers while they are asking me for work.

Yuriy is headed in the right direction, but he introduces some new errors and does not correct others.
"Coz" is not a word -- "because". A comma is required before the start of the quotation. The quotation marks within the quotation should be single -- 'no'. In this usage "any one" is two words, not one. However, it would be best to drop the "one" altogether -- "any of the". "They are asking" would be better stated in the simple present tense -- "they ask". "For a work" should be "to work."
I did it because you always tell me, "Never say 'no' to any of these big managers when they ask you to work."
