Relationship (hidden)
Is the male child of your niece your grand nephew or great nephew, or is it one word?
Any thoughts?

I "think" it is grandnephew, but .... (one word? two? again, I think it is one, but ...)
Once upon a time, my grandmother tried to explain second cousin, third cousin, second cousin once removed, and so on and so on. I gave up. As far as I'm concerned, my cousins' children are my cousins too -- the accuracy of the relationship just seems obsessive. They are family.
