ch sound when we pronounce the words spatulas and national
Is there any rules when we pronounce this two words? I'm talking about spatula and national

"Ch" sound is found in 'spatula' but not in 'national'.
For pronunciation there is no specific rule. For British English, it is said to be RP i.e. 'Received Pronunciation'. It is as spoken in southern part of UK/London.

National has an "sh" sound in nearly all regional variants of American English.
