The accessibility and anonymity of the internet leads us to do most.  If not,  all of our research on the internet these days.

Sanjay, you have misused the added period -- it should be a comma -- and misplaced your added comma -- it should come after "all".

Lauren, because your sentence is missing some necessary punctuation, the software could not correctly parse your grammar.  There is no omitted word, only missing commas.

 

The accessibility and anonymity of the internet leads us to do most, if not all, of our research on the internet these days.
