How can I make it more formal and concise?

Dear Peter;

 

In accordance with our discussion, you agreed to pay me on every Tuesday. However, I am having some difficulties regarding collecting the cash. This disturbs my peace of mind while I prepare for my spinning training session. Unfortunately, I fear the quality of my classes will drop. I would prefer to put a temp hold on teaching unless a regular payment plan is put in place. The main thing that I do not wish to waste your time with my text messages and phone calls. I hope you will rectify the situation.

As regards our discussion, you agreed to pay us on every Tuesday. However, we are  having some difficulties regarding the cash collection. Because you are a valued customer, we are concerned about your past-due balance. To protect your good standing with us  (as well as your credit rating), please pay the amount due within 15 working days. Please do not procrastinate any longer. We would be glad to serve you better when once we receive the payment from you soon.
