Is this a correct sentence, if wrong please correct someone. Thanks in advance

I would suggest "daily" in place of datewise as you have used "monthly".

"Date wise" -- two words, not datewise -- is a term used in SQL and ASP.net database programming to indicate a specific filter type. With this filter, the user can select any starting and ending date for the reporting period.

Even worse, don’t presume the reader will do what you want because you’ve
thanked him or her “in advance.” This is another cliché business expression that
many people find presumptive (“How can you thank me? I haven’t done it yet.”) or
dismissive (“Sure, thank me ahead of time to get this whole situation out of your
hair.”).
