"I have enclosed the report for the month of June.  For your information, at present, we don't have monthly or datewise filter (?) option. I  'also' checked this with (not 'with this') Mr. X. If we had this filter option, it would enable us to get the accurate report."

I would suggest "daily" in place of datewise as you have used "monthly".

I have enclosed the report for the month of June.  For your information, at present, we don't have monthly or daily filter option. I  also checked this with Mr. X. If we had the filter option, it would enable us to get the accurate report.

Date wise is the proper term here, and its use is not dependent upon monthly. Always research the meaning of a term before jumping to conclusions. See my answer below.

"Date wise" -- two words, not datewise -- is a term used in SQL and ASP.net database programming to indicate a specific filter type. With this filter, the user can select any starting and ending date for the reporting period.

Even worse, don’t presume the reader will do what you want because you’ve
thanked him or her “in advance.” This is another cliché business expression that
many people find presumptive (“How can you thank me? I haven’t done it yet.”) or
dismissive (“Sure, thank me ahead of time to get this whole situation out of your
hair.”).

I have enclosed the report for June  . For your information, at present,  we don't have monthly or date wise filter option. I checked with this Mr. X also. If we have this filter option, we get the accurate report."
